Christmas Time at the Off Grid Cabin ❄️🎄
It’s getting close to Christmas and we head into the mountains to stay a few days at my off-grid river-side cabin. We prep for winter by building a woodshed, harvesting firewood and taking care of odds and ends around the property. We make home-made pasta, home-made sourdough pretzels and beer cheese, and home made egg nog. We decorate the cabin for Christmas as the snow begins to fall, and make sure everything is ready for winter adventures there.
