Building an Off Grid Cold Cellar, Log Cabin Life, Cast Iron Cooking
I’m finishing the root cellar one section at at time – this week I install a floor in the breezeway section, move the freezer back into place and set up a metal rack to store mason jars full of preserved and dried food. On the new wood cookstove, I make moose and lasagna sandwiches with fresh homemade sourdough bread.
