Foraging Wild Food
Wild foraged plant food by definition is veganic (that is, it is free from animal fertilisers, such as fish, blood or bone meal which are used in most organic vegetable production). If the land where it is growing is not polluted, foraged wild food is beyond organic – it’s veganic! If you include veganic foods in your diet, whether you’ve grown it yourself or foraged it from the wild – then you aren’t contributing to the destructive side effects of conventional agriculture. Nature provides food for all the animals on the planet.
