Inside the Off-Grid Superstore (Lehman’s)

Glenda’s father, Jay Lehman, started the 1955. 50+ years ago with the premise of supplying the Amish community around them with the staples that keep their way of life strong. It has now become a travel destination for those all across the country. Not only do they sell stoves, hand washers, and food preservation equipment, they also serve as a museum, so to speak. Glenda recommend that you take two laps around the giant store. One lap to look up at the antique items collected over the years, and the second lap to look down at the items for sale.
