Sprouting GINGER & TURMERIC (easiest way)
There are various methods for sprouting ginger and turmeric, including placing them in water. We’ve tried those methods and found what we think is the best method for sprouting them. Our ginger and turmeric rhizomes that we planted last month are already developing new plants and a few roots. We’ll try to give them a long growing season here in North Texas, Zone 8a.
